The ground of anything becoming troublesome is taking things to be real, when we don’t examine the interdependent origination of all things.

Breathing in, i see myself as clear water.

Loving-kindness is a skilful way of enduring what we would not normally endure.

anything can serve to remind one, to keep one mindful.
being celibate is one way.
be at ease with not knowing
Be at ease with the state of not knowing.
This takes you beyond mind because the mind is always trying to conclude and interpret. It is afraid of not knowing.
So, when you can be at ease with not knowing, you have already gone beyond the mind.
A deeper knowing that is non-conceptual then arises out of that state.
